Des de L’estudi BCN us volem oferir una petita mostra de com treballem. La setmana passada vàrem realitzar una sessió de fotos per a una coneguda firma de núvies europea. De moment el resultat final encara no es pot veure, ja que la nova col·lecció no està a la venda, tot i així us oferim un petit tast de com es va desenvolupar la sessió.
La nostra directora d’art, Gemma Formoso, a través de diverses trobades amb el client va desenvolupar tot un concepte per a la nova col·lecció de la firma. Un concepte que s’apropés al màxim al caràcter de la marca i a la idea de la nova col·lecció. Alhora, per a realitzar la sessió, es va envoltar del seu equip de confiança.
En aquesta ocasió la sessió es va realitzar a plató. Sigui plató o localització cada espai té els seus avantatges. A plató el control de la llum artificial és màxim i alhora dóna versatilitat perquè es pot moure a gust. D’altra banda el decorat s’ha de crear de zero i sobretot se li ha de donar un punt de versemblança.
Pel que fa la roba presentada, en el món de les núvies es demana un control extra dels teixits, per això, en el vídeo que us adjuntem, veureu la nostra companya, estilista, arreglaran vores, amb agulles en mà i sobretot planxant els vestits amb cura per tal que no s’escoli cap arruga ni cap textura estranya.
La sessió de fotos és un dels moments més emocionants i estressants alhora, i per això ens encanta. Tot ha d’estar perfectament coordinat i cada vestit, cada postura i cada foto han de quedar perfectes. L’equip al complet es posa les piles i col·labora amb el que sigui perquè tot surti rodó. Esperem que gaudiu d’aquest Making Of tant com nosaltres gaudim cada cop realitzem un nova campanya d’imatge.

A photo shooting day
From L’estudi BCN Barcelona, we want to offer a small sample of how we work. Last week we did a photo shoot for a famous European bridal brand. For now, the end result still cannot be seen because the collection is not for sale, however we offer a small taste of how he developed the session.
Our art director, Gemma Formoso, through several meetings with the client start to develop a whole concept for the new collection. A concept that approached the maximum character of the brand and the idea of the last collection. Also, to make sure the session would run perfect we collaborate with our closest workteam.
This time the session took place inside the studio. Even if its studio or location each area has its advantages. In a set studio we need a maximum control of the artificial light but also gives versatility to be moved at ease. On the other hand the set needs to be created from zero and it is important to give a point of credibility.
As for the clothes presented, bridal market requests an extra control of the fabrics, so in the video attached, you will see our stylist fix edges, especially with needles in hand and ironing clothes carefully so they do not slip, wrinkle or take any strange texture.
Photo shooting time is one of the most exciting and stressful moments, and why we love it for that. Photos must be perfectly coordinated and every suit, every pose and every picture must be perfect. The whole team put their batteries on and collaborates with it so that everything runs perfect. We hope you enjoy the next video as much as we enjoyed making the new image campaign for this bridal brand.
